This week’s website of the week is surprisingly simple yet helps us out a great deal when bug fixing websites.

Every computer is slightly different, not everyone uses the same browser or even the same version of a browser so every now and then a website may appear differently in one of them and this can spoil the user experience. This is where SupportDetails.com comes in.

A user simply enters our email address at the top and clicks send, the website then sends us lots of important information about their computer such as operating system, browser, browser version, screen resolution, Flash and JavaScript version etc.

This then allows us to locate and fix the problem and hopefully give everyone the same faultless browsing experience.
